1. Carefully punch out the sim card from the plastic holder and insert it into your unlocked GSM mobile phone as instructed in the phone’s user manual.
2. Turn on your phone. If your phone prompts you to enter a PIN, enter the fourdigit PIN code (it is printed on the plastic holder).

Every Global SIM card or e-SIM is pre-activated and ready to use for calling or data.
Important! The data plans need to be activated separately ! Please bear in mind that if you do not activate your purchased data plan, your internet usage will be per MB and your credit could run out quickly. Your phone number and PIN are printed on the SIM card. Your Global service is already active for you; no registration is necessary. Calling and texting are automatically activated once you pick up a network for the first time.
If after installing the sim card into the phone, the display shows "Insert SIM" message:
Possible cause : Poor contact of the sim card with the handset
Solution : Remove the card, wipe the contacts of the card and the handset, insert the sim card back into your handset
Possible cause : Damaged handset Insert the card (for verification) to another handset
Solution : The phone is tied to a specific network operator (locked), Use the card in another handset.
If the sim card does not work in any unlocked phone and the problem persists, please contact us.

Reboot the phone and wait for automatic registration on the network.
If necessary, yuo can try to register in the partner network manually. In case the manual registration in the partner network fails, send an email to email@example.com with a detailed description of the problem.

Please bear in mind that until you receive the email notification that your data plan is activated, your internet usage will be per MB and your credit could run out quickly. You may wish to activate your data plan before your trip – and, if so, just bear in mind the timespan for which your data plan is valid.
Global SIM card is a Triple-SIM, which means it will work in any unlocked device and fits all phones and tablets.
If you are not using a smartphone and are travelling to the USA, Japan, South Korea or the Americas, we recommend checking the compatibility of your device with your country of travel.
Very few mobile phones will not work with Global SIM at all.
GLobal SIM works only in unlocked mobile phones. When you insert your itin a locked phone, you may see a message like this:
“Restricted SIM”, “Insert correct SIM”, “SIM registration failed”. Please contact your handset provider to have the phone unlocked.
b) Some Samsung, LG, Blackberry and iPhone users might need to take the following steps:
A. Find the GlobalSIM menu in your phone menu (Main Menu on Blackberry, General – Phone – SIM Applications on iPhone) and choose “Settings”.
B. Press “YES” or “OK”.
C. Input “1101” and choose “OK” (there should be a message on the screen that says “CC OptionX: ON”).
D. Go ahead and make calls as usual. To turn this option OFF, enter 1102.
c) A small number of handsets or older style phones (5 years +) may require a different dialling method when making calls with Global SIM.
Try to dial in the following mode: *146* 00 country code, telephone number #. Press call.
